Any information provided by MedDocCall, whether via our website, email, phone, WhatsApp, or other communication channels, is for informational and coordination purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.

You should always seek advice, diagnosis, and treatment directly from a qualified healthcare professional. MedDocCall does not influence or control medical decisions made by you or by any healthcare provider.

4. Eligibility to Use Our Services

By using our services, you confirm that:

  • You are acting on behalf of another individual with appropriate legal authority

  • General guidance and assistance through partners where applicable

The availability and scope of services may vary depending on individual circumstances, provider availability, and other factors.

6. Payments and Fees

Fees charged by MedDocCall relate solely to our coordination and facilitation services, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  • Medical consultation fees, treatment costs, hospital charges, and related expenses are determined independently by third-party healthcare providers
  • MedDocCall does not control pricing, billing practices, or refund policies of healthcare providers
  • Any fees payable to MedDocCall will be clearly communicated before services commence
  • Payment terms will be confirmed in writing on a case-by-case basis

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the nature of the service provided.

  • Coordination fees may be non-refundable once services have commenced
  • MedDocCall is not responsible for refunds relating to medical services provided by third parties
  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing
  • Applicable refund terms will be communicated prior to payment

MedDocCall may introduce or connect you with third-party healthcare providers. These providers operate independently and are not under our control.

We do not:

  • Guarantee the quality, outcome, or availability of services
  • Accept liability for acts, omissions, or decisions of third-party providers

Any agreement entered into with a healthcare provider is solely between you and that provider.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • MedDocCall shall not be liable for medical outcomes, treatment decisions, or healthcare services provided by third parties
  • MedDocCall shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
  • Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability shall be limited to the amount paid to MedDocCall for coordination services

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Complaints relating to medical treatment should be raised directly with the healthcare provider involved.

15. Force Majeure

MedDocCall shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform services caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, pandemics, strikes, travel restrictions, regulatory changes, or healthcare provider unavailability.
