About MedDocCall

MedDocCall Ltd, company number 16943768, registered in England and Wales. Registered office: 50 Princes Street, Ipswich, England, IP1 1RJ. Contact hello@meddoccall.co.uk or +44 7344 044509. Website: https://meddoccall.co.uk. You may also write to our registered office. These terms explain use of our website and coordination services. Specific service scope, fees and arrangements are confirmed in writing before you commit. Sending an enquiry does not itself book an appointment or commit you to a paid service.

Our role

MedDocCall acts as a facilitator and coordinator, providing communication support and practical administrative assistance. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, prescriptions or treatment, and do not employ the independent clinicians or hospitals providing your clinical care. Medical decisions remain with you and qualified healthcare professionals.

Who can arrange services

The person entering a service agreement with MedDocCall must be at least 18 and, where acting for someone else, have the appropriate permission or legal authority. Please provide accurate, complete and current information relevant to the arrangements and tell us about changes. We may need to verify representative or parental authority before proceeding.

Current services

Our current support includes arranging online specialist consultations and second opinions, healthcare appointments in India, family and elder-care coordination, health checks, dental appointments, practical planning around visits to India, and Indian health insurance guidance. The scope and availability depend on your circumstances and the providers involved. Ayurveda, wellness programmes and a separate medical-record management service are not current website offerings.

Indian health insurance guidance

We provide general information to help Indian citizens understand questions about Indian health insurance and connect with appropriate providers where relevant. Eligibility, cover, exclusions, premiums and claims decisions are determined by the insurer under its policy terms. Confirm these directly with the insurer or an appropriately authorised adviser before relying on cover. We do not guarantee cover or claim acceptance.

Online consultations and independent providers

Remote appointments depend on the patient’s location, the clinician’s permitted scope of practice, suitability and availability. We confirm whether the relevant provider can accept the case before arrangements are finalised. A second opinion does not automatically replace existing care. Provider services have their own terms, fees, clinical consent and follow-up requirements; the clinical agreement is with that provider. We do not guarantee a particular specialist, appointment date, treatment recommendation or outcome.

Fees and payment

Any MedDocCall fee relates to the coordination support agreed with you. Before paid work begins, we explain the scope, applicable charges, who receives payment, and any relevant payment conditions in writing. Provider consultation, investigation and treatment charges are set independently. Any amount collected on another provider’s behalf must be identified separately. Please do not assume a hospital charge includes our support, or that our fee includes clinical care.

Cancellations and refunds

Please send cancellation requests to hello@meddoccall.co.uk, quoting your reference. Applicable cancellation and refund arrangements will be explained before payment or a binding booking. Any refund depends on the agreed service, work already performed, relevant commitments and your statutory rights. Starting work does not automatically make all fees non-refundable. Where a statutory cancellation period or an express request to start early applies, those requirements take priority. Provider cancellations and refunds are handled under the provider’s applicable terms and legal obligations; we can help coordinate communication but cannot decide the provider’s refund.

Our responsibilities and liability

MedDocCall is responsible for carrying out its own agreed coordination service with reasonable care and skill. Independent providers are responsible for their clinical advice, treatment and decisions. This distinction does not remove responsibility for our own acts or omissions. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

Travel and follow-up

Please obtain clinical advice about fitness to travel, treatment risks and aftercare from qualified professionals. Confirm visas, travel, accommodation and insurance with the relevant organisations. Agree who will provide clinical follow-up and what happens if plans change. MedDocCall’s practical coordination does not guarantee travel arrangements, insurance cover or access to care on return to the UK.

Information, confidentiality and consent

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Please use the initial enquiry form only for contact details and practical preferences. Where a provider needs medical records, follow the agreed records-sharing instructions and separate patient-consent process. Using the website or agreeing these terms does not itself give explicit consent for medical-data processing or international transfers. Information is shared only where appropriate to the agreed arrangements or otherwise lawfully required.

Children and adult representatives

For a child’s arrangements, we act through a parent or legal guardian with appropriate authority and take account of the child’s rights. For another adult, the patient’s permission or a valid legal basis for representation is needed. We may pause arrangements while permission or authority is clarified.

Using the website and communication channels

Do not misuse the website, provide deliberately misleading information, attempt unauthorised access or use our services unlawfully. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users or the service. Our website and general communications provide coordination information, not personalised medical advice. MedDocCall is not an emergency service; do not wait for an enquiry response if urgent care is needed.

Complaints

For concerns about MedDocCall’s coordination, email hello@meddoccall.co.uk with your reference and the issue you would like us to address. We will review the concern and explain the next steps. Clinical complaints should be raised with the treating provider; we can help identify the relevant contact. This process does not limit your statutory rights or access to other remedies.

Changes or events affecting arrangements

If circumstances outside our reasonable control affect agreed support, we will explain the impact and discuss available next steps. Your statutory rights and any applicable cancellation or refund rights remain. Website updates do not automatically rewrite an existing service agreement; material changes to agreed arrangements must be addressed with you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you. This does not remove any right you have to bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable consumer law. We welcome the opportunity to resolve concerns informally, without restricting your legal rights.
